This CD contains the concerto for violin and string orchestra, piece that won the 2014 Latin Grammy edition in the category of Best Contemporary Composition.

It also includes the "Elegía" for viola and string orchestra, "Rincones de Buenos Aires" in string orchestra version, "Fantasía" for cello and string orchestra, and "Ausencias" the piece that brings the name to the CD.
